Elder Scrolls Online Blackwood Prologue is now available to all players. This is the introductory quest that takes players into the new expansion. ESO is an MMORPG with a rich lore. You cannot step into the next chapter without some background. The quest gives players the chance to start their adventure in Blackwood. Should they decide to continue the journey, they need to acquire the expansion. But that’s still some months away. All those who have access to the game right now can complete the prologue quest. This also includes those who are taking part in the Free Play Event. It also doesn’t matter on which platform you play ESO. The quest is available for free without restrictions and limitations.
How To Start The Blackwood Prologue
If you want to check out the Blackwood Prologue quest all you need to do is to open the crown store and navigate to the quest starters tab. You will find the free item that begins the quest. Use it and the quest will appear in your log. You are now one step closer to the mysteries of the Blackwood chapter. The prologue features two quests. The first one is called A Mortal’s Touch. Familiar NPCs join you in this adventure. You will quest side by side with the Dremora Lyranth and Eveli Sharp-Arrow. Your task is to investigate a Daedric cult. As you can imagine, this spells trouble. The two NPCs will lend you their aid and together you will discover the happenings that set the stage for the Blackwood adventure. The expansion will have many more story-based quests. We will have to wait until the expansion releases on June 8th before we can find out more. For now, complete these free quests. They are not too hard or time-consuming. On top of that, they also offer a nice reward. Players will obtain the Daedric Unwarding Amulet for completing these quests. This item is a memento.
