During the month of December, Elder Scrolls Online players take part in the New Life Festival. They also have the chance to gather the last required item for the Nascent Indrik mount. This is a special mount that is unlocked after players collect special items during various events. The last event needed to unlock the mount is the New Life Festival. These items are called feathers. The holiday themed festival has activities that allow players to get the Opaline Indrik feather which is the last one.
After players complete the event quest, they unlock nine daily quests. The rewards for completing a daily quest of this type include holiday boxes and event tickets. Holiday boxes contain unique items but it’s the tickets you will be needing for the feather. Ten tickets are needed. Players can earn one ticket per day. Collect the 10 feathers and then look for Impresario. This is an NPC that can be found in three locations. If you are adventuring in Glenumbra, head to Daggerfall. The Stonefalls location is Davon’s Watch. Those who happen to be in Auridon can find the NPC in Vulkhel Guard. In exchange for 10 tickets, the NPC will give you the last feather. It’s important to mention that the NPC also sells previous feathers. A total of 20 tickets can be earned during the festival so players have the opportunity to collect more feathers.
The festival is also a great chance to get more entries for the sweepstake. Players get more entries when they collect feathers. Registration is needed to enter the sweepstake. This is done by filling a quick online form. The grand sweepstake prize is a trip to next year’s E3.
Many other rewards are available during the festival like cheap Elder Scrolls Online Gold. Players earn an XP buff and rare items by doing dailies. The holiday boxes received as a reward from dailies can contain hats, costumes, crafting materials, and more. Special house items are also available.
